- 2 tbsp of soy sauce
- 2 tbsp of mushroom broth
- 2 tsp of rice vinegar
- 2 tsp of sriracha
- 1 tbsp of brown sugar
- 4 oz of dry soba noodles
- 1 tbsp of vegetable oil
- 1/4 lb of brown mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 1/2 cups of broccoli (chopped)
- 1 cup of red bell pepper (chopped)
- 3/4 cup of frozen or fresh edamame beans (shelled)
- 2 pcs scallions (sliced)
- 1 tbsp of fresh garlic (minced)

Instructions:
