Italian Grilled Turkey Fillet


  • 21.16 oz (600 g) of turkey fillet
  • Set of spices “Provencal herbs”
  • 7.8 us fl oz or 230 ml of mineral water with gas
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Half a lemon
  • Salt and pepper


Turkey meat should be grated with Provencal herbs, salt, pepper and lemon juice and marinated in mineral water for an hour. Meanwhile, heat the grill pan, put the turkey on it.
