- 2 medium carrots
- Lemon

- 14.1 oz (400 g) of cream
- 10.14 us fl oz or 300 ml of chicken stock

- 2 tablespoons of mustard

Instructions
Dice the salmon fillet. Peel the carrots and cut into slices. Boil the carrots for 20 minutes in salted boiling water, and then lay in a colander.
Melt 0.7 oz (20 grams) of butter in a saucepan and fry chopped green onions, carrots and salmon cubes for 5 minutes, stirring.
