Prepare all the necessary ingredients:
- 3 cups of boiled chilled rice
- 17.6 oz or 500 g of ground beef
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 cup of chopped hard cheese such as cheddar
- 2 cups of chopped mozzarella
- 2 cups of cottage cheese
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 16.9 us fl oz (500 ml) of spaghetti or tomato sauce

In a large frying pan, fry ground beef so that they turn brown (about 7 minutes), add spaghetti sauce and chopped garlic. In a separate bowl, mix rice, eggs, a third of cheddar – this is our rice mixture. In another bowl, mix another third of the cheddar, 1.5 cups of mozzarella and the whole cottage cheese – this is a cheese mixture for lasagna. Now you can put the products in a baking dish. The first layer should be half the rice mixture, the second layer should be half the cheese mixture, and the third should be half the meat. Repeat (total will be six layers). Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar on top. Rice lasagna should be baked in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes at a temperature of 374 °F or 190 °C. When the lasagna is ready, cool slightly and can serve.
Pilaf in a Pan

- 31.7 oz (900 g) of lamb, beef, chicken or pork meat
- 15.9 oz or 450 g of rice
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 6 cloves of garlic
- Salt and seasoning
- Barberry
- 1.35 us fl oz 40 ml of vegetable oil

Chop the meat. The ideal choice for pilaf is lamb, but this is a matter of taste for everyone. Cut the meat into medium-sized pieces. Place the meat in a frying pan, then proceed to chop the vegetables. Chop the onion not very finely.
When the meat starts juice, add onions to it, and also salt and pepper. You can add a few cloves of squeezed garlic. Cut the carrots into cubes, you can grate it on a medium grater, depending on your preferences. After frying vegetables and meat, place them in a pan. Please note that the container should be with a thick bottom – so your pilaf will not burn.
Rinse thoroughly rice (preferably several times) and add on top of meat with vegetables. The classic recipe for pilaf in a pan involves adding the broth to the mixture. You can also use plain water.
