  • 17.6 oz or 500 g of ground beef
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 cup of chopped hard cheese such as cheddar
  • 2 cups of chopped mozzarella
  • 2 cups of cottage cheese
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 16.9 us fl oz (500 ml) of spaghetti or tomato sauce

Instructions

In a large frying pan, fry ground beef so that they turn brown (about 7 minutes), add spaghetti sauce and chopped garlic. In a separate bowl, mix rice, eggs, a third of cheddar – this is our rice mixture.
