Mix the flour with the baking powder and salt and add to the dough. Knead into a dough with the kneading hooks of the mixer. Knead the dough with your hands and roll the small balls. Place it on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and gently press down it.

Recipe for Peanut Butter Cookies with Chocolate, Chopped Nuts or Small Raisins
For this recipe you will need to use natural coarse butter with sea salt. Besides, take 2.9 oz (85 g) of butter and 3.5 oz (100 g) of sugar, you will also need one or two eggs and a teaspoon of vanilla sugar. A peanut dessert includes 4.5 oz (130 g) of flour, one-third of a teaspoon of salt and a quarter of a teaspoon of baking powder. Peanut butter is required in an amount of 3 oz or 90 g.
Before you start cooking, you should preheat the oven to 356 °F (180 ° C) and cover a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Beat soft butter and sugar until light and fluffy. The procedure will take you about four minutes. Add peanut butter, then place the egg and vanilla, and then mix thoroughly with a mixer.

Roll the dough into balls with a diameter of 2.5 cm. Transfer the cookies to a prepared baking sheet at a distance of about 5 cm from each other. Then, using the teeth of a wet fork, make a cross-shaped impression on top of the workpieces.
It is recommended to bake cookies for about 10-12 minutes or wait until the cookies are slightly browned at the edges. As soon as the desk is ready, remove from the oven and place it on the grill for cooling.

Prepare 2 teaspoons of baking powder and a pinch of salt.
For the filling, 1 oz (30 grams) of chocolate drops and roasted peeled peanuts are suitable. You can make peanut butter for dessert yourself. To do this, take 4.2 oz (120 g) of peeled peanuts and 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar.
We prepare peanut butter in three steps so as not to burn the blender. Dry the peanuts in a dry frying pan, cool slightly and grind between the palms, getting rid of the husk. Place nuts in a blender and grind in flour. Continue grinding the nuts (Don’t forget: in three steps!). Gradually, the mass thickens, releasing oil, and then becomes liquid.
Mix sugar powder manually. You can make more crispy salted peanut butter. To do this, do not grind nuts to a liquid state, but stop at a soft consistency. Add salt and hot red pepper. This oil is well suited for sandwiches and sauces.
