For this simple recipe for macaroni and cheese, you will need:

  • 8.8 oz or 250 g pasta
  • 4-5 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 18.6 us fl oz (550 ml) of cream
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • 1 pinch of ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of dry seasoning to your taste
  • 2 oz (50-60 g) of cheddar
  • 12 oz or 340 g  of pickled hot pepper
  • 4.5 oz (125 g) of spinach
  • 3-4 fresh champignons

Instructions

Cook the pasta and drain the water through a colander.

Chop the garlic and brown in butter over medium heat for 1–2 minutes. Mix with flour, cream, salt, pepper and other seasonings.

Wait until the mixture is homogeneous, then add the grated cheese and mix until it begins to melt. Make sure that the pan does not heat up too much.

Add macaroni, chopped peppers, spinach leaves and sliced mushrooms to the pan. After 6 minutes, you may remove it from the stove.

Macaroni with Cheese and Avocado

Dice 2 avocados. Set aside a few slices, mash the rest with 2 teaspoons of lemon juice. Melt 1.8 oz (50 g) of butter in a saucepan. Add 2.1 oz (60 g) of flour and simmer until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.

  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 3 tablespoons of flour
  • 8.1 us fl oz or 240 ml of beer
  • 8.1 us fl oz (240 ml) of milk
  • 6.3 oz (180 g) cheddar
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • 1 pinch of ground black pepper
  • 15.9 oz (450 g) of cooked pasta
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 5.3 oz or 150 g of breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions

Instructions

Heat butter in a frying pan and fry flour in it for about a minute. While stirring constantly, slowly pour in beer and milk. Leave it on the stove for another 3-4 minutes to thicken the mixture.

Add cheese, finely chopped fried bacon, season with salt and pepper.

Put the pasta in the baking dish and pour the sauce over it. Top with a mixture of crackers and olive oil.

Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes at a temperature of 374 °F (190 ° C). Cool for 10 minutes and sprinkle with onion before serving.
