Mac and cheese with mozzarella and parmesan

Boil the pasta and lightly salt them. Grate 6 oz (170 g) of mozzarella cheese on a medium grater. Now grate 2.5 oz or 70 g of parmesan. Add the flour in 3.5 us fl oz of milk and mix thoroughly to avoid lumps. Then add another 7 ounces of milk, mix. Put the sauce on the stove, stir it gently and bring it to a thickening. For this simple recipe for macaroni and cheese, you will need:
- 8.8 oz or 250 g pasta
- 4-5 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 18.6 us fl oz (550 ml) of cream
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- 1 pinch of ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of dry seasoning to your taste
- 2 oz (50-60 g) of cheddar
- 12 oz or 340 g of pickled hot pepper
- 4.5 oz (125 g) of spinach
- 3-4 fresh champignons.
Cook the pasta and drain the water through a colander.
Chop the garlic and brown in butter over medium heat for 1–2 minutes. Mix with flour, cream, salt, pepper and other seasonings.
Wait until the mixture is homogeneous, then add the grated cheese and mix until it begins to melt. Make sure that the pan does not heat up too much.

Macaroni with cheese, beer, and bacon
The ingredients for this dish are almost always at hand:
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 3 tablespoons of flour
- 8.1 us fl oz or 240 ml of beer
- 8.1 us fl oz (240 ml) of milk
- 6.3 oz (180 g) cheddar
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- 1 pinch of ground black pepper
- 15.9 oz (450 g) of cooked pasta
- 8 slices of bacon
- 5.3 oz or 150 g of breadcrumbs

Heat butter in a frying pan and fry flour in it for about a minute. While stirring constantly, slowly pour in beer and milk. Leave it on the stove for another 3-4 minutes to thicken the mixture.
