The most popular fish varieties used for this dish are salmon, trout, halibut, bream, cod, pike perch, mackerel or carp. It is recommended to take fish with almost no bones. An ideal option would be to buy a ready-made fillet.

Ingredients

For 5 servings you will need:

  • 28.2 oz (800 g) of fish fillet
  • 7 oz or 200 g of sour cream
  • 2.82. oz (80 g) of hard cheese
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 large tomato
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt, pepper, spices to taste.

Instructions

Wash the fish fillet, dry it carefully with a paper towel and cut into small portioned pieces about 3.94 in or 10 cm wide. Then salt, add a little black pepper and sprinkle lightly with lemon juice.

For the sauce, mix sour cream, rub a portion of the cheese on a fine grater, chop the garlic, salt, add the pepper and seasonings. You can take Provencal herbs, rosemary, thyme or a ready-made mixture for fish. Now we put the form with our fish in the oven, preheated to 356 °F or 180 °C. The baking time is about half an hour. As a result, the fish is juicy, with a golden crust and a stunning aroma. Arrange on plates, garnish with a sprig of dill, rosemary or basil and serve with rice, potatoes, vegetable salads or stews.

Grilled Fish with Eggplant

Ingredients

  • 800 g of any sea fish
  • 4 eggplant
  • 2-3 tomatoes
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 lemon
  • thyme, basil
  • flour
  • salt and pepper
  • butter.

Instructions
