Before you put the chicken in a form or a pan, it must be cut along the spine. This is done so that the part where a large amount of meat is concentrated (for example, legs, and breasts) is on the top of the dish, and the chicken is baked evenly on all sides and inside. Lubricate the baking container with plenty of sunflower oil and lay the bird on it. Now you can start cooking glaze from mayonnaise, sour cream, salt, pepper and chopped garlic.   • 5 small pears
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • 1 teaspoon hot pepper
  • salt

Take one chicken, 0.35 oz or 10 g of fresh thyme, salt, 1 orange, 3.5 oz or 100 g baguette, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 4 pieces green onion with feathers, 1/2 teaspoon of orange zest, 2-3 tablespoons of sour cream.
