- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. of lemon juice
- 1 ½ cups of grated cheese
- 2 stalks celery (chopped)
- 1 apple (finely chopped)
- 12 slices whole-wheat bread
- 1/4 cup softened butter
- A skillet
- A bowl
- A spoon or spatula
- Combine the chicken, mayonnaise, lemon juice, grated cheese, celery, and apple in a bowl
- Make sandwiches with the bread. Then spread the outsides of the sandwiches with the softened butter
- Grill the sandwiches in the skillet over medium heat until golden and the cheese is melted (about 3 to 5 minutes per side)
